You'll drive long-term adoption and value realization through multi-threaded relationships and strategic business reviews. This role combines influencer marketing expertise with customer success best practices.

  • Serve as primary strategic partner for enterprise customers.
  • Drive platform adoption and usage through data analysis.
  • Lead regular strategic business reviews and success planning.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Support, Product, and Sales teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in strategic customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 brands.
  • Proven success managing toward business KPIs and customer advocacy.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion or Jira.
  • Background in technology or SaaS industry.
