You'll drive long-term adoption and value realization through multi-threaded relationships and strategic business reviews. This role combines influencer marketing expertise with customer success best practices.

- Serve as primary strategic partner for enterprise customers.
- Drive platform adoption and usage through data analysis.
- Lead regular strategic business reviews and success planning.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in strategic customer-facing role.
- Experience managing Fortune 500 brands.
- Proven success managing toward business KPIs and customer advocacy.
- Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion or Jira.
- Background in technology or SaaS industry.
