📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering
• Strong understanding of Five9 and cloud contact center technologies
• Experience with CRM systems and omni-channel engagement platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Five9 certifications
• Experience migrating legacy contact centers to Five9
• Knowledge of AI/ML in customer experience
