Description

You will provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in Scotland, Richmond, and Moore counties. Your work will involve following care plans, administering medication, performing wound care, and monitoring client conditions, all with the support of a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year recent medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and make home visits
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
