You'll join the Olivia Herman Agency, a Farmers Insurance affiliate, to generate new business and deliver personalized insurance solutions. Your core impact will be driving agency growth through client consultations and sales. You'll have a clear path to leadership and agency ownership with uncapped commission earnings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and convert leads into new insurance policies
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend coverage
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Leverage CRM tools to track leads and manage follow-ups

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and closing new business
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
