💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute cell therapy process development experiments to advance the Cellares manufacturing platform. You'll interface cross-functionally with Analytical Development, MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement of autologous and allogeneic cell therapy processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute experiments using DOE to support platform development.
• Author and review technical documents, procedures, and reports.
• Present technical information to internal and client-facing stakeholders.
• Coordinate team efforts and provide training to junior members.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field with 6-21 years of process development experience.
• Subject-matter expert in T cell, HSC, or other immune cell therapy modality.
• Extensive hands-on experience with commercial cell processing instruments like Miltenyi Prodigy, Lonza Cocoon, Xuri Wave.
• Familiarity with diverse cell editing technologies (LVV, RVV, LNP) and processes (transduction, transfection, electroporation).
