You'll drive business growth for Candid's clear aligner solutions, engaging with dental practices through demos and lunch-and-learns. Your core impact is converting leads into signed clients and nurturing long-term relationships. You'll own the Arizona territory with extensive travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective dental practices through research and referrals
  • Conduct lunch and learn demos to present clear aligner solutions
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients
  • Build relationships with clients to identify growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • B2B outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
  • Business marketing knowledge including cash flow analysis and ROI
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling medical device, capital equipment, or dental products
  • Experience with CRM system like Salesforce
