• Verify and validate identity documents from new players
• Ensure account compliance with internal and legal procedures
• Identify and report any anomalies or fraud attempts
• Participate in continuous improvement of validation processes

• Available immediately for onsite work
• Comfortable with office tools and Internet
• Ability to work rotating shifts (16h-00h or 8h-16h, including weekends)
• Clean criminal record required
