You'll join a small platform and reliability team, helping operate and improve a digital payment network for the trucking industry. You'll gain deep ownership of production systems and contribute to automation and developer experience. This role offers mentorship from senior engineers and a clear path from hands-on operational work to infrastructure ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to production alerts using runbooks and escalate when needed.
• Follow and improve operational playbooks for system maintenance.
• Support patching, upgrades, and routine system security maintenance.
• Work with logging and monitoring tools to investigate and resolve issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-based applications.
• Experience working across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, or data systems.
• Comfortable reading and working in multiple languages or technologies.
• Experience with standard software development practices (code reviews, testing, deployments).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform, Go, or Python.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch, CloudWatch, Sentry, or Slack.
• Experience with incident response and postmortems.
