💼 About This Role

You'll lead the digital design organization for AI accelerator SoCs at a fast-growing deep-tech startup. You'll own RTL implementation and integration from specification through tape-out. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with team building in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the silicon logical design team.
• Drive translation of specifications into RTL implementations.
• Own end-to-end logical design execution for SoCs.
• Partner with architecture, verification, physical design teams.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital/logical design for complex SoCs.
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing design teams.
• Strong expertise in RTL and micro-architecture (SystemVerilog/Verilog).
• Experience with large-scale SoC integration including CPUs and accelerators.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML accelerators or high-performance compute architectures.
• Familiarity with industry-standard interconnects (AXI, NoC).
• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
