You'll establish reward processes and people analytics dashboards for an AI-powered HR system. You'll directly improve employee experience through data-driven insights.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and document annual salary banding review process
- Build priority People Analytics dashboards in Power BI
- Support implementation of Harriet HR system
- Manage benefits renewal preparation and gender pay gap reporting
๐ Requirements
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience
- Experience with HR/People systems
- Supported a pay review cycle or reward benchmarking
โจ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Involvement in a system implementation
