You'll establish reward processes and people analytics dashboards for an AI-powered HR system. You'll directly improve employee experience through data-driven insights.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and document annual salary banding review process
  • Build priority People Analytics dashboards in Power BI
  • Support implementation of Harriet HR system
  • Manage benefits renewal preparation and gender pay gap reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience
  • Experience with HR/People systems
  • Supported a pay review cycle or reward benchmarking

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Involvement in a system implementation
