You'll own building and scaling a mass hiring engine in Colombia, designing the end-to-end process from candidate acquisition to onboarding. Your work will directly impact business growth and execution capacity through data-driven process optimization. You'll collaborate with HR automation, analytics, and product teams in a fast-scaling fintech environment.

• Design end-to-end mass hiring process in Colombia
• Continuously improve hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion)
• Manage acquisition channels and optimize hiring funnel
• Collaborate with HR automation and analytics teams

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in data-driven product management
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and hypothesis testing
• Experience in mass hiring or high-volume funnel products
• Hands-on experience with funnel optimization and analytics
