You'll lead the engineering team building Postman's ecosystem platform, enabling developers and partners to create rich integrations and APIs. You'll drive the technical strategy for extensibility, integration frameworks, and a marketplace, shaping the future of API collaboration. This role offers the chance to define how millions of developers discover and use apps within a leading API platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, mentor, and coach a team of engineers to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Define technical strategy for extensibility, integration frameworks, and public APIs.
• Own and execute the engineering roadmap for Developer Tooling, Integrations, and Marketplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance ecosystem features.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in an engineering management or leadership role
• Experience building and launching 0 → 1 ecosystem features or developer tooling
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced agile environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with React or Java
• Experience with partner integrations (e.g., Shopify, Atlassian, Slack)
• Background in both frontend and backend development
