As an on-call Substitute Teacher, you will support mixed-age Montessori classrooms (ages 0-6) by stepping in when full-time teachers are out. You'll assist with daily routines, maintain a calm and nurturing environment, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth transitions. Requirements

Negative TB test within the last 12 months
Valid state background check
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
Passion for working with young children

Responsibilities

Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
