💼 About This Role

You'll lead the product vision for Watershed's data platform, turning it into an AI-powered intelligence layer. Your work will enable customers to query, discover, and analyze climate data without leaving the platform. You'll ship AI-native features like natural-language search and anomaly detection, and build BI-grade primitives for real analytical work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product roadmap for BI capabilities and AI insights
• Ship AI-native features like natural-language search and anomaly detection
• Build BI-grade primitives: tables, joins, calculated columns, pivots
• Partner with engineering, climate science, and go-to-market teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS shipping data platforms or BI tools
• Experience shipping AI-powered features or prototyping with LLMs
• Deep understanding of schema design, query performance, and data platform trade-offs
• Ability to go deep with customers and turn ambiguous inputs into clear vision
