  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Manage performance and talent processes including reviews and succession
  • Handle complex employee relations matters and investigations
  • Advise on compensation decisions including offers and promotions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role
  • Experience with performance management and compensation processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues

โœจ Nice to Have

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Startup or high growth company experience
  • Multi-state employment law experience
