- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
- Manage performance and talent processes including reviews and succession
- Handle complex employee relations matters and investigations
- Advise on compensation decisions including offers and promotions
๐ Requirements
- 5โ8+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role
- Experience with performance management and compensation processes
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues
โจ Nice to Have
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Startup or high growth company experience
- Multi-state employment law experience
