You'll embed with enterprise clients during onboarding, building dashboards and improving integrations to reduce cost per shipment. You'll drive measurable improvements in integration observability and reliability while feeding learnings back into Relay's platform. This role offers rare depth in logistics tech backed by Europe's largest logistics Series A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with clients to ensure end-to-end technical success during onboarding.
• Build client-specific real-time dashboards for delivery performance metrics.
• Improve and extend client integrations (APIs/webhooks/data feeds).
• Develop tooling for integration observability and incident reduction.

📋 Requirements

• Strong software fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines).
• Customer-facing maturity to run meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bias to shipping: turning ambiguity into production outcomes quickly.
• Comfort with chaotic reality: inconsistent data and changing requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run).
• Knowledge of ML modeling or LLM inference.
