💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale a team of ~25 analysts and project managers overseeing enterprise EHR integrations for Natera's test suite. You'll ensure white-glove service throughout the implementation lifecycle and drive the operating model for scalable, high-quality deployments. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client services, requiring deep Epic expertise and operational leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of ~25 analysts and project managers
• Define and implement a scalable operating model for EHR implementations
• Own end-to-end delivery of EHR integrations for order entry and result reporting
• Serve as executive escalation point for customer challenges
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare IT, EHR integrations, or clinical systems implementation
• Deep hands-on experience with Epic integrations (orders, resulting, or Beaker)
• Proven experience leading managers and scaling organizations (team size ~20+)
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cerner and/or Meditech integrations
• Experience with Epic Aura integrations
• Familiarity with LIS, LIMS, and/or laboratory workflows
