You'll work 1:1 with children ages 0-8 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with clients following established treatment plans
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client support plans
• Review data with Behavioral Services Manager for program improvements

📋 Requirements

• RBT Certificate through the BACB
• One year experience with children with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities preferred
• HS Diploma or GED
• CPR/FA certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Autism or Down Syndrome
• Supervised fieldwork hours towards BCBA
