💼 About This Role

You'll guide new clients through their onboarding journey with Spectre, an award-winning property technology tool. You'll be the friendly face that gets customers set up, excited, and confident with our products in a hybrid role based in Manchester. This role offers autonomy and genuine impact within a rapidly growing PropTech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a pipeline of new customer onboards from sign-up to handover
• Run onboarding calls via Google Meet guiding clients through product setup and training
• Get clients confident and excited about using Spectre's suite of products
• Collaborate with the wider team to evolve and improve the onboarding process

📋 Requirements

• Proven customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or similar
• Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
• Organised and process-oriented with ability to manage multiple onboards
• Genuine curiosity about software and the tech space

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in PropTech or real estate
• Familiarity with SaaS onboarding processes
