💼 About This Role

You'll join the sales team to attract home improvement contractors and help build a new offering from the ground floor. This role combines cold-calling with outbound campaigns to generate demos and drive lead generation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cold-call contacts and run multiple outbound sequences across different channels.
• Ask qualifying questions and share product benefits to prospective contractors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to develop target lists and strategies.
• Champion a motivated and efficient team culture for scaling.
