Description
You will own and scale the CRM analytics strategy to deepen customer relationships, optimize retention, and drive lifetime value. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to build measurement frameworks, run experiments, and deliver insights that improve engagement and reduce churn.
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, with strong focus on CRM, lifecycle, or growth analytics
- Advanced proficiency with SQL
- Proven track record applying measurement and experimentation techniques
- Experience with BI platforms like Tableau or Looker
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Own analytics strategy for CRM to optimize retention and drive lifetime value
- Define and implement measurement frameworks for CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B, holdouts, campaign lift) using statistical techniques
- Build reporting to identify customer behaviors driving repeat orders and loyalty
- Develop automated dashboards and present insights to executive leadership
