Description

You will support the client services manager in coordinating client services and scheduling, build relationships with clients and referral sources, and help monitor key metrics to ensure effective fiscal management. This role is focused on providing superior customer service and contributing to a compassionate, reliable care team.

Requirements

• Associate degree minimum; Bachelor's preferred.
• Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS a plus.
• Medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated record of achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility.
• Strong computer skills including electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Monitor metrics such as admissions and % Medicare to support fiscal management.
• Partner with team and Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.
