You'll mentor freelance designers, analyze data to iterate winners, and stay ahead of social trends like UGC and AI workflows. This role blends marketing thinking with artistic design in a remote-friendly, fast-paced wellness company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end creative execution for performance motion ads
• Set creative direction and quality standards for ad hooks
• Lead and manage freelance motion designers with feedback
• Analyze performance data to iterate and scale winners

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio proving top-tier graphic design and motion mastery
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad formats
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience using Figma as a primary collaborative tool
