Description

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA at Inspira Home Health, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence. You'll perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and educate clients and their families on therapeutic activities.

Requirements

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP approved program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, range of motion, balance, etc.)
• Implement wound prevention and repair interventions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy and gait training
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities
