💼 About This Role

You'll conduct bilingual educational evaluations to determine special education eligibility across Texas school districts. You'll ensure culturally responsive practices and legal compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers flexible hybrid work with competitive compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Full and Individual Evaluations (FIEs) in both English and Spanish
• Administer and interpret assessments using linguistically appropriate tools
• Prepare culturally responsive and legally defensible reports
• Present findings at ARD meetings with language-concordant communication

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Texas certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
• Experience working with bilingual or emergent bilingual student populations

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
