You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer adoption and value realization across enterprise segments. You'll shape customer relationships and ensure success by establishing consistent standards for engagement and outcomes. This role focuses on fostering strong customer loyalty while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Ensure execution of customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
- Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes across assigned portfolio.
- Act as escalation point and sponsor for key and at-risk customers.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
- 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of customer adoption, lifecycle management, and value realization.
- Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
