🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive adoption and embedding of Neara platform with customers
• Define and deliver business cases and ROI metrics
• Identify opportunities for customers to expand platform use
• Design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise account management or client management
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments
• Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese
• Experience developing customer value and ROI frameworks

• Working knowledge or fluency in Spanish
• Experience in software engineering or technical background
