You'll serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center, leading design workshops and deploying solutions in AWS environments. Your core impact is ensuring successful go-live for high-profile customers through technical delivery and collaboration.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as SME on Zendesk for Contact Center for high-profile customers
  • Lead design and configuration workshops to produce TDDs
  • Deploy services in customer AWS accounts using CloudFormation, Lex
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer for customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions
  • Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments

  • Experience integrating contact center solutions
  • Programming skills with AWS Lambda and Python
