You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, promoting adoption of Compass technology and providing essential marketing support. You'll partner with the Onboarding team and serve as a mentor to coordinators. This role offers the chance to work with a leading real estate platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and meetings
- Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training
- Provide marketing support, creating collateral from templates
- Serve as mentor to Agent Experience Coordinators
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Passion for supporting and serving agents growing their businesses
- Ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate
- Experience with live or remote training
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
