You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, promoting adoption of Compass technology and providing essential marketing support. You'll partner with the Onboarding team and serve as a mentor to coordinators. This role offers the chance to work with a leading real estate platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training
  • Provide marketing support, creating collateral from templates
  • Serve as mentor to Agent Experience Coordinators

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Passion for supporting and serving agents growing their businesses
  • Ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Experience with live or remote training
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
