💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers onboarding a SaaS platform in financial crime and compliance. You'll coordinate between customer and internal teams, configure the platform, and manage multiple timelines to ensure successful delivery. This contract role offers 20 hours per week with full remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Translate customer needs into configuration plans and system setups
• Coordinate across customer success, technical, and product stakeholders
• Track project progress, report KPIs, and manage risks
• Configure and optimize the SaaS platform per customer use case

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing B2B SaaS software
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert requirements into plans
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
