You will lead a team managing Brex's largest enterprise accounts, driving retention and expansion through strategic account planning, executive engagement, and cross-functional partnership. This role requires building a disciplined expansion engine to maximize card spend and SaaS adoption while ensuring forecastable revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own Enterprise Retention & Expansion Strategy
  • Lead and develop an Enterprise-Ready Client Sales team
  • Partner deeply with Customer Success on retention and expansion
  • Navigate complex enterprise stakeholders (CFOs, Procurement)
  • Drive enterprise sales excellence with MEDDIC adoption and forecasting
