🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical and mechanical engineers
• Oversee design of low-voltage switchboards per UL 891/1558
• Partner with manufacturing to ensure production-ready designs
• Manage engineering schedules and mitigate technical risks

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Strong background in low-voltage power distribution or switchboard design
• Experience with UL 891 and/or UL 1558 standards
• Ability to review and guide complex electrical system designs

• Experience supporting quoting and BOM development
• Familiarity with data center requirements
