Description
You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers in the EMEA region, driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and renewals. You'll define best practices for customer engagement, act as a player-coach, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class outcomes for CockroachDB customers.
Requirements
- Experience leading a Customer Success team in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
- Experience with enterprise customer lifecycle management
- Located near London for hybrid work (Mon, Tue, Thu in office)
Responsibilities
- Own regional customer health and outcomes, driving adoption and renewals
- Set and scale best practices for customer engagement
- Act as a hybrid player-coach where needed
- Build and manage a high-performing CSM team
- Drive revenue health in partnership with Sales
