Description

You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers in the EMEA region, driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and renewals. You'll define best practices for customer engagement, act as a player-coach, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class outcomes for CockroachDB customers.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a Customer Success team in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
  • Experience with enterprise customer lifecycle management
  • Located near London for hybrid work (Mon, Tue, Thu in office)

Responsibilities

  • Own regional customer health and outcomes, driving adoption and renewals
  • Set and scale best practices for customer engagement
  • Act as a hybrid player-coach where needed
  • Build and manage a high-performing CSM team
  • Drive revenue health in partnership with Sales
