You'll own technical hiring end-to-end at Ledgy, partnering directly with the Head of Engineering to bring in exceptional talent. You'll inherit a strong foundation including a well-structured ATS and a team that cares about candidate experience. This role is central to building the team that drives Ledgy's 60% growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Run end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles
  • Audit Greenhouse workflows and scorecard design
  • Contribute to employer brand through events and content

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-6 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Project management mindset with prioritization skills
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS
