You'll own technical hiring end-to-end at Ledgy, partnering directly with the Head of Engineering to bring in exceptional talent. You'll inherit a strong foundation including a well-structured ATS and a team that cares about candidate experience. This role is central to building the team that drives Ledgy's 60% growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles
- Audit Greenhouse workflows and scorecard design
- Contribute to employer brand through events and content
๐ Requirements
- 4-6 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Project management mindset with prioritization skills
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS
