💼 About This Role

You'll grow our partnerships business by developing collaborations with Financial Institutions and Money Service Businesses in Germany and Europe, offering Ebury services to these companies and their end clients. You'll be supported by experienced mentors and have access to structured development programmes designed to accelerate your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, prioritise, and sign up new partners for our rapidly expanding partnerships business
• On-board and set up new partners across Money Service Businesses, Brokers and Financial Institutions
• Report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers

📋 Requirements

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate
• Desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment
• Fluency in German and strong business-level English
• A genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works
