🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with investment management clients
• Guide customers through pre-implementation readiness and onboarding
• Develop and execute account plans aligning product capabilities with business objectives
• Drive product adoption through training and strategic guidance

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing roles
• Working knowledge of financial markets and institutional investment lifecycle
• Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS environment
• Ability to engage both end users and executive stakeholders

• Experience with investment management software providers
• Progress toward CFA or CAIA certification
