You'll own and grow a portfolio of B2B customers at a leading European data and sales intelligence provider. You'll lead commercial onboarding, drive renewals and expansions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This hybrid role offers flexibility while working from our London office 3 days per week.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Lead commercial onboarding aligning stakeholders on goals and success metrics.
- Drive structured, outcome-led customer conversations demonstrating ongoing impact.
- Own renewals end-to-end, identifying and mitigating risk early.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background managing an existing book of business.
- Strong commercial acumen in renewals and expansion strategy.
- Stakeholder management at multiple seniority levels.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Fluent in French and English for commercial negotiations.
- Background in B2B SaaS account management.
