You'll join the CX Operations team managing post-sales programs that drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success. You'll gain hands-on learning in program and project management while supporting customer program operations at a fast-paced technology company. This 3-month intern-to-hire opportunity offers a path to full-time employment.

  • Acquire foundational system administration expertise with Gainsight
  • Learn Customer Experience Programs and Operations
  • Contribute to customer program operations
  • Independently own a program management workstream

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA or BS degree graduating in 2026
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Located in San Francisco Bay Area and able to commute weekly
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack

  • Prior internship in tech, operations, or program coordination
  • Knowledge in reporting and data analytics
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvements
