You'll join the CX Operations team managing post-sales programs that drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success. You'll gain hands-on learning in program and project management while supporting customer program operations at a fast-paced technology company. This 3-month intern-to-hire opportunity offers a path to full-time employment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Acquire foundational system administration expertise with Gainsight
- Learn Customer Experience Programs and Operations
- Contribute to customer program operations
- Independently own a program management workstream
๐ Requirements
- BA or BS degree graduating in 2026
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Located in San Francisco Bay Area and able to commute weekly
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior internship in tech, operations, or program coordination
- Knowledge in reporting and data analytics
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvements
