You'll manage collection efforts for delinquent accounts at CPI Security, a leader in security solutions. Your work directly reduces delinquency while providing outstanding customer service. This role offers comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collection efforts with professionalism and persuasiveness
• Confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments
• Document daily collections activity including calls and emails
• Place outbound calls and receive inbound payment calls

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2 years B2C or soft collections experience
• Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule
