Description
You will own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, partner with founders and leaders to shape hiring philosophy, and build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing. This is a founding role with direct impact on scaling a category-defining AI company.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of technical recruiting experience
- Startup/scale-up experience, ideally Series B-D
- Experience recruiting tech talent for AI or customer experience companies
- Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior technical leaders
- Self-managed, comfortable with ambiguity and outcome-oriented
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, product, platform, DevOps, and security roles
- Partner with founders and senior technical leaders on role definition and hiring strategy
- Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach
- Run rigorous screening conversations focused on signal and depth
- Design structured interview loops and help drive hiring decisions
