💼 About This Role

You'll create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience as a part-time Retail Store Associate at Rowan's Sarasota studio. You'll infuse the Rowan experience by engaging customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role stands out with commission on top of hourly pay and generous employee discounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome customers, check them in or book appointments.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Standing for full 8-hour shift.
