Description

You will lead our San Francisco hybrid showroom, retail space, and workplace, ensuring flawless day-to-day operations and a premium brand experience. This role combines brand ambassadorship, community building, and facilities management to make the space a true extension of Nothing.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in studio management, workplace operations, hospitality, retail, or similar
• Experience managing a physical space end-to-end
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator who can represent the brand in person

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom presentation, product displays, and launch setups
• Execute product launches, community moments, and press events with marketing and retail teams
• Conduct community outreach and host brand events in San Francisco
• Manage daily site operations, facilities partners, budget, and reporting
• Create a welcoming workplace experience for employees and visitors
