💼 About This Role

You'll assist classroom teachers in supporting special education students, working with children individually and in small groups to ensure academic and social-emotional success. You'll help maintain an inclusive classroom environment and provide small group instruction/interventions to help students meet IEP goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist classroom teacher with teaching and behavior management of special education students
• Provide small group instruction and interventions
• Support students' behavior across all school environments
• Assist with domestic and personal maintenance including meal preparation and diapering

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or 48 college credits, or passing score of ParaPro exam
• Experience working with adolescents
• Knowledge of special education methodologies and techniques
• Ability to maintain sensitive confidential information
