🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the sales floor as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and visual standards.

📋 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
