💼 About This Role

You'll own the Risk Management function of Moonfare's Luxembourg AIFM, oversee fund administrator controls, and lead regulatory reporting production. You'll ensure data integrity and risk discipline across the fund range. This role combines risk management, audit leadership, and third-party oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Risk Management function: identify, measure, monitor, and manage all material risks across the fund range
• Lead end-to-end production of AIFMD, CSSF, investor, and fund-level regulatory reporting cycles
• Perform rigorous second-level controls over Fund Administrator: NAV shadowing, fee verification, distribution reconciliation
• Function as part of the Four Eyes team providing independent challenge to third-party providers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Risk Management within an AIFM/ManCo, Fund Accounting Oversight, or Fund Audit (Big 4) in Luxembourg Private Equity or Real Estate
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, IRE, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of AIFMD risk management requirements and CSSF reporting cycles
