Your core impact will be tackling complex backend challenges like data modeling and high-performance reporting, making Plain the most powerful platform for companies like Cursor and Raycast. You'll shape the backend architecture and create a stellar developer experience across distributed, serverless systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to technical architecture and product roadmap
• Scope, build, and launch customer-facing features end to end
• Tackle complex backend challenges like data modeling and high-performance reporting
• Create a stellar developer experience via data pipelines and APIs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Proven track record working for product-led B2B SaaS companies
• Experience with distributed, serverless systems
• Autonomous and able to prioritize workload effectively

• Comfortable in customer conversations and architectural discussions
