Requirements

• 15+ years in telecom/IT services
• 5+ years as program director
• Proven track record delivering large-scale BSS transformation programs
• Deep understanding of BSS landscape
• Fluent in Japanese

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BSS transformation programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Product Catalog)
• Deliver programs within scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets
• Establish and drive program governance, PMO structures, and reporting frameworks
• Manage multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery teams
• Act as primary executive interface with client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Business Heads)
