You will operate, monitor, and maintain an automated plating system to ensure accurate and efficient meal assembly in a production environment. You'll troubleshoot issues in real time and maintain food quality and safety standards.

• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Operate plating robot during production and testing runs
• Ensure accurate portioning, ingredient placement, and build quality
• Perform routine quality checks on ingredients, weights, and outputs
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical or operational issues
• Assist with machine setup for different recipes and changeovers
