Description

As a CNA/PCA, you will provide personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home. You'll work one-on-one with clients following a care plan from a registered nurse, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
• Passion for caring and helping others live independently
• Reliability and commitment to client care
• Ability to follow a written plan of care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Assist with household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Perform medication reminders and vital sign checks
