You'll provide legal support on corporate governance, securities compliance, and transactional matters in a fast-paced public company environment. You'll make meaningful contributions as part of a high-performing in-house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work at a leading natural gas producer with a collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support securities law compliance (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Assist with Section 16 filings (Forms 3 and 4)
• Handle public company reporting and disclosure obligations
• Support capital markets and M&A transactions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of corporate transactional/securities law experience with a large law firm
• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding academic credentials
